The Copper Free (CF) product family is a high-performance, copper-free version of welding wires. Manufactured using special processes, these welding wires deliver higher performance and efficiency, regardless of whether the welding process is manual, mechanized, or robotic. Copper-free welding wires prevent spiral, torch, or contact tip blockages, ensuring trouble-free wire feeding, high arc stability, reduced dross and spatter, and efficient welding processes, along with reduced consumable consumption.

It is used in the welding of constructions, machinery, ships, tanks, boilers, pipes, thin sheets, bodies, steel furniture, metal accessories made of unalloyed, general structural and fine-grained steels and in the automotive industry.Depending on the classification of the base metal, CO₂ (carbon dioxide) or mixed gases (Ar+CO₂) can be used as shielding gases. Operating temperatures range from 350°C to 400°C.
